Good concept. I would suggest opening up the outer bases though. The way they're surrounded
by river and mountains now, they're not going to be very useful and it's going to slow down
games quite a bit.

i guess this also could do with about two more cities per side..probably three, four if you
want to make every quadrant symmetrical

Thanks for Hamboo and walkerboh01‘s suggestion,now I fix some bug .
-In version 0.2, Citys are all neutral,and blue moon have a Infantry when the game start
-add two neutral city at (12，7) and (10,14).
-change(7,10) and (15,12)'s sea to plant

remap it while keep it's old idea. -- extra center area is important.
need to test to know if it's balanced.

This map demands a t copter to make use of the neutral corner bases. You can only shuttle
infantry because there's no shoals for the landers...
