Its pretty cool how this is set up. The HQs are fairly exposed from the front if the pipe
is broken because one player has better access to that battlefront than another (for
example YC attacking directly south against BM) but at the same time the HQs are easily
defended with nearby bases with indirects or directs once the pipe is broken. On top of
that, the bases are quite a distance from the center, considering their location on the
map because of the path they have to take.

I'm curious how stalematey (arg matey!) it will be for everyone to camp rockets by their
HQ, protected behind pipes.

In the long run, stalemate would probably occur near the pipe seams but the rest of the
area are pretty much open and rich of properties. You can actually break the stalemate if
you have the advantage on funding and the support of air units. It's challenging to break
it but its not impossible.
