The biggest problem that I'm having with designing this, is which base should the BM infantry go on? I've placed it
on the one that I think is the correct one, but honestly I'm not entirely sure. It's pretty base heavy, and fund
distribution is 18 property per side.

As for the unusual shape, I'm still out of practice with map making.

I think the infantry is on the correct base, as it ensures capture of the neutral base
before the other player can interrupt in both cases. That said, the silos can still be
used to disrupt the capture, and I think it would be best if they were inaccessible during
the capture phase. It might be a good idea to put them behind a pipe seam or something.
