Ban broken COs.

My second attempt at a map. A 1v1v1 FFA map where players have to fight on multiple fronts.

Looks pretty cool, but the chokiness of having only two single-tile-wide access points to each enemy will make it
unbearable. It's also not even - asymmetry is fun, but only insofar as its impacts on fairness. OS has FTA, gets
their neutral base first (3 turns, others would take 4), can more easily recon rush GE's neutral base than BM can
recon rush theirs, and has one fewer forest to move through from their neutral base. BM also has the displeasure
of two extra forests to move through on their way to their own neutral base.
