P1 cannot afford a tank without baseskipping on day 7 even if they go for fastest income (as they just have 8k gold if they have built the standard Inf/tanks before).

^Income changed since this comment to fix the problem, also had to do more tweaking to prevent a city-skip FTA possibility

2nd review: Kinda torn on this one, it's a B+ I think. The corners don't look contested at all due to the fact that early on Infantries can march to next to the opponent's HQ. So the actual number of properties that will be fought over is quite a bit smaller than it looks initially. The four middlemost cities along the diagonal are probably the most contested ones, if the 1b tries to contest anything else it mostly feels like an overextension.

The map also feels somewhat stally early on since it's very easy to get tanks into the center (and by extension, to wherever else you need them) so playing defensively until you've amassed a lot of units (and unit superiority somewhere) really seems to be the way to play this. At least until Copters come out, then this can turn into an HQ rush.

The 2b also gets a lot more more captures overall than the 1b so there's some STA as well.

I think this could be an A if the 1b could cap some of the properties near the HQ early on (and/or had a few more secure caps in general) and if the middle was less accessible, for vehicles at least.
