It would suck to be OS or BM on this map, everybody else has either got loads of rockets
or the means of building up COP power very quickly.

1 BH cruiser and the BH carrier can't move (unless that's intentional)

Also the allied 4 never lose, if GE and YC are defeated, OS and BM can just dive their subs
on their HQ's preventing HQ capture and loss by rout.

BH also has GS bases and the ghost units seem rather pointless.
