First of all; DON'T make this a team game. It's not deisgned for a team game and it would
completely ruin the game.

Secondly, this will be a long battle if all players are of equal skill; I recommend putting funds
low, and you might ban heavy tanks (Neotanks onward) and Rockets.

I don't really know if I put the neutral bases on the right spots; any comments on that?

This map looks like it'll end in perpetual stalemate. Everyone would dive their center
subs, and since only cruisers can fire on dived subs, no one would be able to win, or
lose, unless some idiot deleted the sub or got booted.

The subs in the center are not blocking the way to the own HQ.
