I don't know if it's fair. I'll need to do some playtesting.
Being alone is an advantage over a team, so I gave the teams first turns, the option to
share or split com towers, and HQs for a little more funds in the beginning. Let me know
if it's too much/not enough advantage for teams.
Ban the broken COs including Javier.

The map should play alright, i do fear that there wont be much active players out there though.

You can never go overboard with aesthetics unless it' detracts from the map playability. and
your terrain aesthetics do not do that, it's fine.
The only thing that I worry about with the Com Towers is if OS, BM, GE, and YC just decide
to let 1 person have all the towers. no matter what CO they are +40$ attack is a lot of extra
I'd probably suggest having the com towers a bit more spread out.
I also notice that JS is missing any cities. (might want to give them at least 1, maybe from GS)

The 4 comtowers seems like a huge advantage over 1 com tower whether its 2, 3, or 4
players on the team. I also don't thiunk this map will be too much fun for the players with only
1 factory. Especially with very little funds.
I do like the creativity, though. And I think it looks cool. 5/10. 10/10 if you lose the comtowers
and make it 2vs2vs2vs2. I like the concept, but I dont think its practical if you want ALL the
players to have fun,

Ok, I'll remove the com towers. I thought it would be fair to have 1/4 of your army 40%
stronger against a entire army that is 10% stronger. Apparently people are saying otherwise.
As for the factories, I made sure everyone had at least 2 if shared fairly.
As for JS's lack of cities, the 3 countries on the team needed to split 11 properties, so
one had to be short. I decided the one to be short 1 city would get 2 bases.

2v2v2v2 makes it very generic
I like this idea as is.
But yea the comm towers are likely to unbalance this game.
Perhaps further integration of ports and seas into the map would make it better (be sure
to use ghost units to avoid submerged subs at chokepoints though)... if you add airports
it gives PL a huge advantage being able to build stealths faster than the other players,
though to be fair you could just ban stealths entirely...

I removed the Com towers, but that just returned the huge advantage to Purple Lightning.
So to try to make it fair, I made it so each country has 1 base. I'll see if that might be
