This game will easily stalemate the way it is, but other than that I think it's a very

Yeah, I agree on that point. Maybe make the center island have ports or ghost ports or at
least more funding.
You can probably get away with ports if you put them where the last shoal is along the
flat edges (not the corners) on each side. For example the southeast tower would have a
port 4 spaces west of it on the center island. The NE tower would have one 4 spaces south,
the NW tower would have one 4 spaces east and the SW tower would have one 4 spaces north.
You can make them more contested by moving them along the shoal line, but the corner might
be easiest just because they have more than one access point for non-bboat/lander units.
If you but the ports on the corners, they can be locked by camping a battleship on one of
the other ports.
