but don't be surprised that we get too many booters because it's the most common fact on large amount of

Aditional comment: add neutral properties between players to give them a reasson to fight againist another
players appart of just trying to invade other players.

I fixed it now, I forgot to add those, but now I feel it looks a bit strange with cities all around the map.
EDIT: I also replaced the HQs with Labs because it looked better to me.

JS and PL with cancel each other out early game because there is no choke point separating them
so it would be all out war while someone flanks them from the back
Also Sturm, Lash and spread COs need to be banned due to the terrain
