Movement type: infantry
Attack Power: 80% as of infantry.
Defense Power: Same as of infantry.
Can capture properties; capture power: 10.
Can be loaded into b-boats.

But eh. Some areas can be improved (not gonna, because I'm lazy) and be more interesting rather than just a
bunch of open paths. The close-to-center bases have a few interesting options, but it's still straight forward old
top to bottom flow.

This would be more balanced if the central base were the neutral base rather than the piped base.
