If you would just move the transports to opposite sides, there is little chance to free them.

I didn't realize this at first, but anybody that can break pipe seams with artillery in
two hits is much stronger on this map because if their opponent doesn't break out their
transports at the same time, they can dominate map control before the other can do
anything about it. I found out about this the hard way when my opponent playing Kindle had
a full turn's advantage in breaking the pipes before me, and they made life much harder...
Lash, Kindle, Grimm, and maybe Jess should have a field day with this.
