 I'm not sure how strictly we're supposed to be following rules here but the map rules 
indicate that GS wasn't supposed to build vehicles until turn 10 and at a rate of 3 
per turn.

 well gg all. I think the map rules existed for a reason, sami is very powerful 
seeing as she has *a lot* of income per turn.

That being said no one did anything wrong, just pointing it out haha.
