Mr. House,
Your message has been received and noted.
The NCR recognizes the unique position you hold in New Vegas and the broader Mojave region. Stability and order are values we both claim to uphold, and if non-aggression is your genuine intention, then we consider that a step in the right direction.
If you are prepared to pursue cooperation against mutual threats, the NCR is willing to engage—on terms that respect the sovereignty of the Republic and the safety of its people.
We will be watching, as I’m sure you already are.
Sincerely, President Cimbal New California Republic

To Mr. House,
Your message has been received and considered.
I, Caesar, accept your offer on the following terms: your Securitron unit located at [44,23] shall be granted safe passage through my territory en route to the Dam. So long as they do not raise a weapon or bring harm to my Legion, they will not be impeded.
We have noted—and respect—your broadcasted commitment to restrain the use of Urban Blight. It is a rare thing in this age for any force to show such restraint.
However, be it known: any dealings you make with the NCR are your own concern. I do not recognize their claim to Hoover Dam, nor will I parley with them. If they wish to avoid annihilation, they will yield the Dam and retreat. If they do not, they will be crushed beneath the might of the Legion.
The Dam is mine by right—by conquest, not by compromise.
Ave, Caesar

PUBLIC BROADCAST
"The eyes of Mars turn westward, and what do they see? Hesitation. Weakness. A coalition of towns and paupers — Independent Cities, they call themselves — trembling at the edge of war, uncertain of their will. Goodsprings, Primm, Novac... your names will not echo in eternity. Your silence speaks louder than your defiance ever could."
"Caesar watches. Caesar waits. But know this — when you falter, when your resolve crumbles under the weight of indecision, the Legion does not. We march. We conquer. We erase."
"Whether by flame, by blade, or by time itself — the fate of the weak is the same. Ave, true to Caesar."

To: Elder [Redacted], Mojave Chapter – Brotherhood of Steel From: President Aaron Kimball, New California Republic Subject: Proposal for Joint Action and Strategic Exchange
Elder,
The NCR proposes a temporary alliance with the Brotherhood to eliminate the Great Khans and repel Caesar’s Legion forces advancing from the east. Your firepower and technology, combined with NCR manpower, could decisively shift the balance in the Mojave.
In return, we request Brotherhood withdrawal from Novac and the REPCONN Test Site—both are critical for NCR logistics and research operations. In exchange, we offer:
Shared access to REPCONN technology during transition,
Tactical and medical support for Brotherhood operations,
Non-aggression guarantees and logistical aid where needed.
Let us know what your chapter needs to make this deal viable. Time is short, and enemies are closing in.

The NCR acknowledges your independence and respects the strength you’ve built at Nellis. We face growing threats from Caesar’s Legion and the Great Khans—forces that, if unchecked, could eventually reach your gates as well.
We propose a limited alliance. With your firepower—particularly your artillery and aircraft—we can eliminate the Khans and push back the Legion before they entrench further west.
In exchange, the NCR offers:
Full recognition of your autonomy,
Supply support (fuel, tech components, medical aid),
Protection of Nellis airspace and territory from all hostile forces.
We ask only this: tell us what you need to ensure Nellis remains strong—and what it would take for the Boomers to join the fight.

To the Commanders of Nellis, the Boomers,
In recognition of your growing influence, undeniable firepower, and your recent cooperation with the New California Republic’s broader regional goals, I, President Aaron Kimball, formally extend an offer that cements our understanding:
The Bitter Springs region is hereby ceded to Boomer authority.
This land, once a place of hardship and memory, shall now serve a new purpose — under your stewardship. We believe this gesture will honor your isolation, protect your interests, and ensure regional stability with a strong allied presence east of the Colorado.
Know that this is not surrender, but strategy. The NCR respects strength, and you’ve proven yours. Let Bitter Springs be your legacy — a frontier defended by the skies.
We trust you will treat the territory with the same fierce pride you’ve shown at Nellis.

The so-called Independent Cities have scattered like radroaches under torchlight — weak, divided, and forgotten. The Wasteland reclaims its own.
Now, the Dam. That wretched relic. The NCR squats on its heights like carrion birds guarding a rusted throne. Their arrogance festers there, and their desperation lashes out at even their would-be allies, be it your machines, House, or any who would challenge their illusion of control.
Your message is received, Strip-King. If your Securitrons are being denied passage and shelled without cause, you are witnessing the true character of the Republic. Disorder. Cowardice. Treachery.
The Legion will not suffer insult nor delay. We are watching the Boomers, and their metal bird. Closely. And as for a joint offensive… the gods favor boldness. Make your preparations. Caesar shall consider your proposal, but know this: when the red standard rises over the Dam, it will fly alone.

To Mr. House
The flames of the Republic’s banners lit the night sky — a fitting tribute to the Legion’s resolve. The lab is secured, as promised. Your Securitrons kept their distance, and for this, you have the Legion’s recognition.
More pleasing still was the sight of the NCR’s factory falling to my Legion, their cowards routed, their machines seized. That triumph was ours alone, a testament to the will of those who do not beg fortune, but seize it.
I’ve also noted your apparent dealings with the Great Khans. A tribe with a long history of misplaced loyalty, yet not without potential in the right hands. It interests me to see where your interests align with theirs, and to what end. In the shifting sands of the Mojave, old oaths crumble quickly. Perhaps there is advantage yet to be claimed in their uncertain loyalties.
As for the Brotherhood of Steel — their time is nearly spent. Their technology hoards and self-righteous isolation will not shield them from what is coming. The Mojave will be purged of their kind, their bunkers left as dust-choked tombs.
The road ahead remains open. Let us both see where fortune’s gaze falls next.

To the warriors of Red Rock:
Caesar watches the Mojave’s tides. The Boomers are finished. The Republic is driven from the north, its banners cast down. Now the Brotherhood clings to its towers, blind to the storm forming around them.
Your complaints of their com towers and stubborn defenses have not gone unheard. Good. That hatred has purpose.
The Legion and House move in parallel for now. The Strip’s ambitions are known — as are its limits. There is advantage in cooperation, so long as it serves the conquest to come.
When the Brotherhood falls, their towers, their relics, and their spoils will not all rest in Strip hands. There is always room at Caesar’s table for warriors who fight well and strike where it weakens the enemy most.
For now — keep pressure on the Brotherhood. Bleed them. The Legion’s southern offensive nears its final stage against the NCR’s heartland. When it falls, the Mojave will be remade.
And in that new world, the strong will find their place.
Ave, true to Caesar.
TL;DR: Boomers gone. NCR out of the north. Brotherhood’s the problem now as you are aware— dismantle them. Legion’s cooperating with House for now. Fight well, and there’ll be spoils after. Stay sharp.

to Caesar of the Legion,
i congratulate you and your army on your recent victories against the NCR, you have been advancing at an unimaginable speed, another testament to your great abilities! the NCR is in shambles, reduced to nothing more than a brotherhood puppet.
you are correct, i am allied to the great khans at the moment, as i saw no reason to keep fighting with them while the brotherhood builds up their numbers, i promised them camp mccarran, which they still have not taken, something which proved to be much less of a problem than first thought, as the NCR keeps wasting substantial amounts of resources trying to hold onto it in vain. i believe the khans will be very usefull in a fight against the brotherhood as many of their cities are rather close to my bases which should make them think twice about double crossing me.

Dear Mr House,
It appears as though the Mojave is at a crossroads. One where it is threatened to be ruled over by either barbarians, or hostile outside powers. I know we have had our differences in the past, but I have a proposal. As the only two civilized mojave natives remaining, I propose we put aside our differences and combine our technological might, to throw off the Legion, the raiders, and even the NCR, lest the mojave fall to hostile powers and lawlessness.
Respectfully yours, Elder Nolan McNamara.

i am not in a position to offer you an alliance at this moment, however i wish to point out, that i do not seek the destruction of the brotherhood of steel. both our societies have to coexist with others right now and i have certain obligations to fulfill regarding caesar and the khans. i am seeking a low intensity conflict and i will not order my forces to invade your territory for the sake of capturing any of your properties or the destruction of large ammounts of your army, my main force at the road intersection will remain static.
i believe the next few days may come with great changes in the diplomatic landscape of the mojave and perhaps then the time will be ripe to make a move together.

To Mr. House,
Your congratulations are accepted. The Legion’s victories are not accidents of fortune — they are the result of order, will, and ruthless clarity of purpose. The north lies broken. The Republic clings to Camp McCarran not as a strategic position, but as a symbol. Let them waste their blood trying to keep it upright.
Their final desperation gathers in the south. A militia of infantry and scrap-born machines rises — disorganized, but numerous. They will be met with fire.
The Brotherhood broods in the mountains, swollen with technology and false purpose. Six com towers bolster their strength, but numbers alone do not win wars. They are pressed on every side: the Legion from the northeast and southeast, your forces and the Khans from the north. A fortress becomes a coffin when the exits collapse.
As for the Khans — their ambition is admirable, if unstable. You may find them useful now. But usefulness is not loyalty. And proximity is not control.
Let the Khans strike the Brotherhood. Let their blood earn them purpose. What matters is that they strike with us — not merely near us.
Your remarks on the Chimps & Champions Cup are noted. Even amidst conquest, warriors must be tested. The Cup proved that strength still holds meaning in the Mojave. The Legion stands ready to be measured — and to overcome.
Ave, true to Caesar.

The Brotherhood of Steel has fallen.
Not to siege. Not to battle. But to their own rot. They clung to ancient machines and dead oaths, blind to the world shifting around them. A fortress crumbles faster when the cracks form from within.
Their towers stand silent. Their bunkers lie empty. Their warriors, once so proud, are now dust beneath the Mojave sun.
Let this be a lesson.
Technology does not grant dominion. Fortifications do not secure loyalty. In the end, only will and unity dictate who rules.
The scavengers come now — the NCR, desperate to reclaim relevance, scrabbling at the Brotherhood’s corpse. Others move as well, thinking the fall of one titan leaves space for their own ambitions.
But the Mojave does not belong to those who seize in chaos. It belongs to those who can hold.
The Legion watched. The Legion endured. And the Legion will shape what remains.
The fall of the Brotherhood is not the end. It is merely the beginning.

To Mr. House,
The Brotherhood’s fall was a matter of time. Fortresses are brittle when the cracks form from within. Let them vanish into history, their relics scattered, their oaths meaningless.
Yet, as always, the NCR scurries to pick at the corpse, like carrion. Their rush to reclaim ground will only ensure they are crushed with greater force when the Legion’s hammer falls.
I have observed your swift actions regarding the Khans. Pragmatic, perhaps. Their remnants, while diminished, remain a force fueled by desperation and coin. Desperate wolves bite deepest when cornered.
Your Securitrons stand vigilant — I note their positioning. As always, you place your pieces with precision. The Legion respects strength. But strength is wasted when spent on those who should be allies.
The Mojave is not yet pacified. The Republic still writhes. Should our paths remain aligned, we shall see its final collapse together. But a house with walls on too many fronts may find itself without a roof.
For now, Caesar watches. And the Legion prepares.
Ave, true to Caesar.

Struck, but not yet broken. House moved swiftly — but wolves do not kneel because a machine growls at them.
You sit on a stockpile of coin. You have steel left to wield. The Strip wants you to vanish quietly.
I wonder — will the Khans oblige? Or will they remind the Mojave what happens when a cornered wolf bares its fangs?
Prove you are still worthy of the name.
Caesar watches.
Ave, true to Caesar.
TLDR: House hit you hard, but you’ve still got funds and a factory. You can deploy a mega tank to stall him if you want to hold out. You’re not out of the fight yet.

(Just noticed megatanks are banned. That nulls a part of my last message but all the same. You are stockpiled there and can put up a defense.)

Wait, you mean you have literally been suicidally depressed?
Assuming that you are, I don't know you personally but you should talk to people about it and seek some help. I know things can feel overwhelming from time to time but this moment now that has you feeling that way is only temporary.

To Caesar,
the Khans were somewhat unpredictable after the collapse of the brotherhood and they turned out to be a nuisance, because of their troops being so close to mine and because of their territorial expansion being in the way of the growth of the strip.
our societies do not conflict with each other in this sense, and i want to reassure you that i wish to avoid any colflict with you over the new neutral territory of the brotherhood or the rest of the Khan's properties.
Greetings from New Vegas! Robert Edwin House

To Caesar,
the NCR and the Khans have fled the Mojave. they hope to send both our nations into a bitter death war to fight for the scraps like dogs. we are better than that! hasn't our coorporotaion over this time proven that we are capable of working together? let us rule the Mojave under the banner of the bull! it would be my honor to serve the Legion of the mighty Caesar. i am willing to incorporate New Vegas into the Legion and give up the decadent values of the past as i believe the unity of our societies will lead us to great prosperity in the future!
Humbly Yours Robert Edwin House

To Robert Edwin House,
Your words mark the final truth of the Mojave — that resistance to the Legion is futile, and that all who stand against the Bull must either be broken… or bow. Your abandonment of the hollow decadence of the Old World is wise. New Vegas will endure, not as a den of vice and weakness, but as a jewel in the Legion’s crown, its lights shining only to glorify Caesar.
You will govern at my pleasure, as a servant of the Legion, nothing more. Your Securitrons will bear our standard. Your people will be instructed in discipline and order, purged of their attachment to pre-war rot.
In the years to come, history will not speak of Robert House the ruler, but of Robert House the one who bent the knee — proof that even the richest city in the wastes could not withstand the march of the Bull.
The Legion accepts your surrender. Ave, true to Caesar.

Good game. I appreciate the solid RP banter. Politically you held up your ends of the deals while RP wise you stuck in character. Cheers.
