That one's on me -- I generally try to vet the players to make sure people have a pretty solid track record of staying in games instead of timing out, but up until really recently the process didn't include checking the age of the account. I fixed it now, Pesti wouldn't have been allowed in by the new process since their account is brand new.
It is impossible to prevent completely but it annoys me + I try to take steps that I can to give a better chance of a more enjoyable game with everyone staying in
