The year is 1942, the war is raging between Nazi Germany and the Empire of Japan against The UK (+ France and its
African Colonies), Soviet Russia and the United States of America.

It's a 3v1 map (Black Hole is alone). Washington will try to get involved as quickly as possible while London and Moscow will
fight for their lives.

I recommend 1500G per properties.

Black has 21 properties, Red has 7, Blue has 7, Green has 8.
