I wonder if this map would be better with a seam on the corner pipes, north of the Orange corner factory and south of the Blue
corner factory...then again, a day 3 tank would probably do some work on it early, causing things to escalate too quickly
unless one of the factories for each side is either removed or neutral.

You lock the only airport of the ennemy for at least 2 to 3 turns, depending on when the artillery kill it, leaving the player who
control the missile able to create stealths that won't be stop for many turns.

And i also don't like maps w 2 bases.

That is the point of recons, yes.

It is still dumb you can spawn one in your opponent's base at any time. Even if your opponent gives up a turn or two building
artillery to guard the recon point you can still for the low cost of 4000 scout his base. And if they don't, a missile will shut down
airport use until they do. Not like 4000 is even a loss when you only have 2 bases to use anyways.

Well, thats seem broken until you realize knowing what your enemy build in a turn or two (and you cant even scout 2 bases at
once) doesnt mean auto win a game, or spending 12k on a missile that dont have guarantee chance to kill enemy copter
seem to be an over-glorified recon.

"Not like 4000 is even a loss" is a line I've never seen good players say before,
especially considering the fog gamemode's metagame revolves around having more
army than the opponent in a given spot so that you can attack there without risking
losses...

Building missiles there also comes at the cost of two tanks (2 infs + missile = 2 tanks)
so if you get your missiles discovered by an untimely tank/recon build they can pretty
much just run over your board right there usually.

This is definitely my favorite addition to the FOW pool, the mind games possible with the production recon is just too much fun
to pass up on. Definitely a part of me that wishes it could be a 3 base match, but the map's gimmick is worth that trade-off for
sure.

this map kinda has a little bit of everything i don't like, lab's instead of HQ's Black boats ontop of them, only two real bases to work with, com towers in the corners, a lack of mountains, not a map I'd pick for a casual match but works for league I guess.

I actually kinda like the map. Just be really careful on which C.O. you choose just like every map. It comes with risks and
rewards like every map. Every C.O has weakness and strong points and you have the same options as your opponent as far
as everything is concerned.

I heavily dislike the fact that Sonja Piperunner can lock your opponent out of a base AND an airport at the same time.
Like what the hell, who thought that is a good idea. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Your stopping 2 unit production spaces and
the only way the opponent can properly respond to it is to either A: already have artilery fire at it before you get a turn with it
or B drive an artilery from the other base to the base that is under fire, somehow unharmed and kill the piperunner before it
destroys the artillery.
Either way, if you manage to build a piperunner, your opponent is going to have a bad time.

Missile is a non-issue since it's not worth the money just to get some vision and lock down the opponent's airport, especially when the opponent can park an artillery nearby and shoot at it every couple of turns to drain 2800 of your income every round. Baselocking with a piperunner does seem genuinely gamebreaking since the opponent's only real solution would be to run an artillery all the way around from the forward base, which would take like 4 turns, but it requires so much money that it's unlikely to actually happen, but I dislike the possibility none the less.
