One of the first new cities built after the Bolt Guard Invasion on Omega Land.
Due to mild disputes between the head Officers of OS, BM and GE the area was split into three parts between them, by
drawing lots.
It is said that "Orange Star" gained their portion due to a certain some one's lucky hand.
