Remade from http://awbw.amarriner.com/prevmaps.php?maps_id=2201

BD now has it's mech 2 squares forward to be able to capture the airport before as GE is
capturing their base, just like GE can do with their airport. Additional 1 mech added to
each side, and apc moved (although same ammount of MP to get out of the base area) in case
you wish to apc a starting mech out like before.

Green earth clearly has an advantage which is adduced by the map analysis feature: GE's
wins -- 34/53 which is greatly slated. The movement of the two mechs doesnt change much
of anything, but one turn of pushing the APC forward does.

Nice fix. 10/10?

Starting units changed around, giving BD first shot at the central bases. Also opened up
mountain ridges.
