Please correct YC BB placement and change the YC city in the middle of GE to BM.

@HikariShinso The City placement is not a mistake, they have been placed the way they have on purpose to balance the
inherent turn order bonus. Red get 2k extra, Blue gets an extra inf, Green gets an extra Inf and 2k, yellow gets an extra inf and
3k. The YC BB is out of position though i did notice that in the first game i played
