Protip (if you care about FTA): BH starts first, whilst WN starts lasts. Ideally, the first 2 players should be on opposing sides,
with the last 2 players on the other opposing sides.

This means in effect that 2 players have FTA over their neighbours, whilst 2 players lack FTA over their neighbours. Those
who lack FTA may get an FTA infantry. Otherwise, you will have a situation where 1 player has FTA over both his neighbours,
2 players who lack 1 FTA and have 1 FTA and a last player who lacks FTA over both his neighbours.
