Oops, forgot to note that this is best played as a 1 vs 2 map. Although you could do FFA if you really wanted and concentrated on OS, but I wouldn't recommend it. |

OS gets easy 4 cities, but BM and GE gets 1 per nation. TTA. |

Alright, some changes made. Moved some of the middle cities slightly more towards BM/GE, gave them another property captured at the start, and gave them an additional infantry each. |
