White Nova has ruled the land with an iron fist for far too long. The Districts are rising up... but will true equality be achieved,
or will one District decide to rise above the others and succeed White Nova as the new rulers?

Play with White Nova as their own team, and one of the other nations as their own team (I recommend Green Earth but any
of the outer Districts will work). Everyone else on the same team.

Restrict high tech units to Lab (such as Stealth, Neotank, Rockets, etc) and give all players a high amount of starting funds
to help the Districts out (maybe 15000 per player... this will make White Nova's income advantage take longer to matter).
