7/10 Symmetry is good, especially since it isn't one of those maps that has a com tower or something special in the middle to fight over. Liberal use of shore good, a little small and probably could use some expansion (bases/airports are pretty close to each other). I'm not a big fan of piperunners, especially since these predeployed ones won't be able to move... but whatever floats your boat. First turn doesn't look to be that big of an advantage. I would say that Grit needs to be banned for chokes and stronger piperunners at the very least. Good job. |

Cheers for your comments. The predeployed piperunners on the mountains are basically fortified cannons around a base - deliberately fixed in position. Also, the map is small to encourage lots of small skirmishes. The idea here (other than looking a bit like a pool table) is that the players can either choose a direct frontal naval assault, more trick air assault (which is why the airports are all at the far edges) or an orbital land attack in either direction. Of course, they also have to defend from all three. |

Kudos on the Mountainerunners. I think this place will rule FOW. Imagine, not expecting which front will suddenly spill out enemy troops. Congrats on a map nicely done 8/10 |
