It's going to be a very long grindy battle, each side is going to get their 16 property with zero contesting, then the middle 6
property will be a real grind. the airports will have, some use but not a lot due to the amount of pipes making everything a 2
tile wide choke. the ports will do absolutely nothing outside of being two extra income. they're river locked. it takes multiple
days to send any units to the middle, meaning the only way to win the middle is to think about 4 turns ahead of your
opponent's center units, and even once you've won the middle, the +6 income won't make winning any faster, it'll just be a
really slow push.

Edit: I see you've removed the river tiles, though sea still has no real use here as there are no shoals to invade, the center is
still very choked making for a very slow assault. Funds are also still quite low for the amount of production facilities, 5 bases
and an airport with only 22 income (and 3 of it will be heavily contested. I didn't relaly mention it previously as it doesn't take
anything away from the map, but, are the pipe seams by the starting locations and the com tower doing anything useful on
the map? they don't do anything, so it's a bit of a non issue here (nothing positive or negative about them I'm just curious)
