Second attempt in trying to make the cartridge maps salvageable.

This map is an adjustment of DoR’s Clear Island. I tried to make the map less chokepointy while also making the bottom of
the map more contested. The top half contains each player’s “production” with the bottom potentially giving an easy win with
HQs, although Black Boats do mitigate this.
