Well, my first shot at one of these, and it's a tournament styled map. With rewards for
reaching each point first. Aside from the rewards for capturing the enemy army. It's a race
to the center of the map. Control that, control the game. And you all have even odds. Well?
What do you guys think?

well, if you ban indirects it's ok... otherwise rockets are way too overpowered here...

I agree with Nyvelion. Inderects would cuase way to much havoc here. Ban; Grit, Rockets,
and Piperunners if you make a game on this map. Nice map anyways.

Place a forest in the corners of the plain blocks and 1-2 in each player's starting area.

Hmm...I see what you guys mean about banning Indirects and Grit, and the forests are a
good idea. As I said, it's my first shot. I'll get better as I keep making them. I can't fix this
now, 'cause I'm playing a game on this map. Once I get a chance, I'll add the forests...

with indirects then the fta is going to be a big deal as red just gets a first turn artilery and
then attacks blue with more indirects later with rocket on red will get them before other cos
anyways... without indirects the game advance wars would pretty much be ruined imho and
max would domainit with indirects banned on any map...

You could probably add a pipe seam on the 4 bridges surrounding the middle to prevent
armies rushing to the center islands quickly and ruining other people's games.

...or just remove the silos altogether. I feel one is ridiculous enough, let alone the clumps of
them. This could reasonably work as a 4v4 map when/if player positions and order were
changed to avoid First Team Advantage.

no silos, i agree. they're unfair. OS would win, if everyone was exactly the same.

Don't forget if you want a good fair game on this map you need to play with people who
will follow the rules of the map and not block all of the exits.

The lack of terrain variety is staggering - as is, for that matter, the lack of
traversible land. There aren't any naval units, and there's almost as much property as
there are plains, with far too many silos for this little land, and chokepoints aplenty. A
decent gimmick map, but you seem to want this to be playable.
