HQs look a bit exposed. Could use a bit of terrain to make HQ rushes less viable. Would
also prefer if the pre owned blue city was to the left of the base instead of the right. You
generally don't want any pre owned cities to affect the other player's capture phase, so
they should be no Brainers that would be captured first anyway.
