Using Black-Boat may temporary block enemy's airline, which may gain some advantage. but it couldn't be always used.
Using artillery to hit enemy black-boat, not only gain power bar disadvantage but also enemy may use join in order gain extra
funds.
i hope player may thinking and enjoying on how to use black-boat and artillery in this map.
