How it works (in my head). Team setup : 1 v 4 Colours : Chosen so that solo player is last and unit facings are accurate (stick to these for intended experience) Labs : Map is designed so that the attackers can deny lab units by conquering the outer defences. Lab units are intended. Fog : Yes Funds : Standard is intended. Try whatever you like though. Tags? : No Tags is intended. Again, go for your life. (I missed the dual strike games so I never think of them tbh) COs : Whatever tier you allow for play, have the Castle player pick 1 higher or 1 lower than everyone else. (I dunno how the balance pans out, so that's just my instinct) I think that's it... ============================================ If anyone likes this and takes an interest. Thank you very much o7 Footnotes: The Castle player has 25k income. Attackers have 9/8k income (34k total). Most of the income on the map is outside the Castle to discourage bunkering and force the Castle player to make tough choices. Why is this skewed? Do I hate people who like true symmetry? Sorry not sorry :3 (I just started map making and I think its more interesting this way). |
