I have only played on it once so take my opinion with a grain of salt but i love the map. HQs are in a vulnerable position to prevent stalling but don't feel undefendable, forests are helpful for artys but don't feel overpowered and the pipe seam blocking off the airport seems worth it. My only problem is that the abundance of terrain makes lash feel OP (and the obvious pick as well) in her tier (compared to kindle) just due to the maps design itself; so it can't really be fixed without changing the map in a significant way, so maybe ban lash or only play the map in t4 or t2 and higher as lash can't compete against the higher tier COs 10/10 Edit: The map is also fantastic for live play (my match against Gravymage was) as the 2 bases and small map size mean an average match should only last about 30 minutes. |

Thank you for the feedback I think those 3 silos in the middle are overkill, plus they create FTA Will replace them with some roads Edit : Also after watching your replay, that airport sneak capt is totally not intended and I will do something about it, move the forest or put some rivers but it's too strong to go Forest => Forest => airport. You used the moutain as intended to get vision of airport Also back the central moutain a bit so it doesn't give wision of center tile . Your opponent somehow decided to be a bank at when up to 38K at turn 10/11 then buy neo+rocket on the same turn, bit of a weird move XD I think tanks goes ABBA, but when you had 8K you did 2 inf, and your opponent openned recon, still if I did the math correctly, and everyone "rush" tank, without base skip it goes ABBA. overall I'm pretty happy with the map, seems decent and with the little adjustment there is no more airport cheese. |

I just finished a game against aLittleFishy. I feel Kindle > Lash due to the placement of urban terrain in more contestable areas. Otherwise agree with his comments on HQ and artillery. FOW is definitely the preferred mode. A great map for quick games with an open center and chokes on the side. |

A few minor things regarding rockets and the airport. For the airport, though personally i am bummed at no more airport cheese i get why you removed it, however, the woods at 00,12 and 16,04 can still be used to cheese the airport as missiles have both 5 range and vision, so they can shoot anything built and would be incredibly difficult to dislodge without an air unit already built, so that forest isn't any good either. (as that area is firmly your opponents territory and is very narrow on top of that) And for a rocket problem the cities at 05,04 and 11,12 with a rocket (especially if playing as kindle or lash) can attack anything attempting to cap your HQ and any adjacent units as well, but the rocket itself can flee to the forest behind it which still allows it to defend the HQ and is difficult to hit anyways due to adjacent mountain and nearness to bases. I would suggest moving the mountains into the corners (04,04 or 12,12 or just deleting them, i just like the way they look) the cities to 06,05 and 10,11 so that they can still defend the HQ but are in a much more vulnerable position and deleting the forests at 05,03 and 11,13 as a rocket there is almost impossible to get rid of (even if you are going to lose eventually it is still annoying to have to deal with it). none of these thing have happened to me they are just things i noticed. sorry for the super long comment (also, while i know you have no real control over this grit should be banned just due to how he screws with the map) |

Regarding the Missile issue, It was first intended, moving a missile down (or up) there required 5 Turns, once there it is indeed hard to dislodge. I will leave the tile open but remove forest. Regarding the rocket issue, i believe that forest was meant to slow and not provide cover, so I'll see if I can move it somewhere or need to remove it. The moutain is there to get some vision due to light base so I don't want to remove it entirely nor move out too far away. Grit is T0 in standard and I believe T3/4 in FoW, usually I give up on Grit's range bonus just like Max's range penalty. |
