The Crimean Peninsula is yet again a battleground. Fight to control the Simferopol airport and push your enemy into the Black
Sea.

really good map, i would even say its a rather refreshing take on small maps, with open field of play.
I think that some changes you can make:

1. You can Make the top and bottom parts into small sea so naval units can be of help to the players.
2. You can centralize the bases a bit more since the middles seems too empty with that lonely airport.
3. You can add some mountains to the middle to increase the movability of battle copters and their chances of avoiding anti
airs
4. this is a bit extra, but you could ghost the cities ( you do that by putting infantry units that belongs to neither of the players,
this makes it so hachi and sensei super powers doesn't work on cities anymore making them into fair COs" only the cities
though don't do this to bases or airports )

This map has second turn advantage due to the infantry. You can solve the problem by giving both factions two starting
factories, then place an infantry on just one of them. The way you have it now, GE has the FTA and BM has nothing.

This map has Flaws, Such as:
Flaw 1: Contested Central Airport, Production Facilities should Rarely if ever Be set in a Contested Area (There are Exceptions) due to First Turn Advantage issues, Even less if It's the only Airport and it's a Center one

Fix: Put Airport in a Non-Contested Area, Making an Island on each Side (North and South) With Airport would be a good Fix and a Reason to Have Accessible Islands

Flaw 2: the FTA Counter is Incorrect, the Infantry is Used for 2 Pre-Owned bases and 1 HQ (3k Income per Turn in day 1)

Fix: Turn one of the Neutral Bases into a Pre-Owned base

Flaw 3: Symmetry

Considering that Only Transports can cross the North Shoals and the Island doesn't actually Have anything of Interest I don't think This breaks the Map, Fix: Just Delete the North Island or use Rotation 2Q Symmetry to Clone it on the Other side

Flaw 4: Central Communication Towers, This is Mostly a Front (Place Where you fight in) issue, The only Contested Properties one can Fight over are 2 That don't Give income which also Turn a CO Broken (Javier) and One that Causes FTA Issues (Read Flaw 1)

Fix: Move the Towers Somewhere else Where 1 Player cannot Easily own Both

Flaw 5: 1 Front, this isn't Necessarily a Game-Breaking Flaw but it Definitely turns Gameplay into a Slogfest, The only Front that can be Fought in is Center and the Reward is 2 Communication Towers and 1 Airport (As mentioned in Flaw 4) The front has Nothing that Gives Income to Fight over so Attacking is Not worth it and It's better to Stall/Wall rather than Fight

Fix: Read Flaw 4's Fix and add Some Cities (2 Per side seems like a Good #) in the Contested Area

Flaw(?) 7: Extremely Powerful Center, Read Flaw 1, 5 and 6, Center holds 3 Important Properties 1 Being a Complete game-ender (Airport) as Well as Being the Only front that Players can fight in, Another thing is the Center is a Powerful Location in Almost all Maps, Making it Stronger doesn't help Much.

Fix: Read Flaw 1, 5 and 6's Fix, Also Separate the Fronts with Terrain (Example being Mountain/Ocean)

Please don't take this As Offensive or Aggressive, This map Would look Much better with Those Issues Solved, Thanks for Reading :)

Thanks for all the helpful feedback everyone. I went through and made adjustments, trying to follow all of the feedback while
also keeping true to the original idea for the map. Still testing it though

Really not feeling this new version of the map, but I guess I would have to play it again to find out if it plays better.
