As is said by the name, Sensei, Lash, Kindle, Colin, and Hachi will find much joy on
this map. Seems I've been bitten by the Nyvelion bug. Except......this one isn't as good. LEave

Urban blight increases the unit power by more then that.
they naturally hit for 140% on urban prop, coupled with the power bonus of 30%, your
looking at 170% units, dealing 3 damage to everything on the map, and with SCOP, don't
even go there.
