I like that the lander on the HQ is versatile in that it's feasible to take it off HQ to accelerate ground transport. Moving units from the 2 base to 1 base area looks like a strategy, but generally it seemed more worthwhile to just run for the enemy HQ with the 2 base/1 airport region.
