13 countries face off against 3, in a final battle on land, sea, and the skies! In order to win, the 13 players most really work together, on each side there is comm towers that support the 3 top countries, take them down to help weaken the other sides. Recommended Settings: -Starting time 3 days, add 3 days per turn, 6 or 7 days max per turn. 100 unit limit cap. -Play with teams (Black Hole, Grey Skies, Amber Blaze vs Everyone else) -Preferibly with Labs on that allow you to get Mega Tanks, Stealths, and Piperunners. -Normal income of 1k per property, but additional 6k intial starting funds. Just ban black bombs.) This is the first version of Final Skirmish, so as matches show me how the map works, I will update it along to get a more balanced map. Thanks! |

The map is alright for the most part, I can live with the indirect spam that the center is reduced to, but the main issue is the west side. The players on the bottom half of the map are entirely relegated to using naval units while the top players can use air units, cruisers are barely a counter to battlecopters and once the bomber spam hits full gear there's next to no response for it apart from carriers, which take a lot of time for the bottom players to build up to. Even one airport is a major advantage, 3 is far too much. |

I would say I like the idea of the map but the stealth fighter should be banned. The left and middle forces have no real way to deal with it unless it happens to be un-stealthed. |

West needs an airport with a better potential in economy to avoid being so one sided and ice is so alone at top a lander with help would be too late from medium tank or b copter spam |

Naval side allies literally have no counter to Stealth. Do you expect the allies to break thru all 6 pipe seam at the bottom of the map, so that the air attackers can reinforce the naval side? |

Stealths should definitely be banned. I don't think the northern team members need any missiles and maybe Black Hole shouldn't own that base in the middle from the start, but I'll get a better idea of balance after a game from each side. Looking at it for now, though, as long as stealths are banned I don't think the balance is as bad as most people who've commented so far seem to think, but, again, I'll find out first-hand shortly, as long as the games I'm in don't have many - preferably won't have any - early resigners/booted. |
