P1 gets an early 2k income lead for two turns, then 1k economy lead for anywhere between
three and five more turns, for a total of between 7 to 9k. As compensation, P2 gets one of its
Islands without having to transport any units to it, which includes the comm tower and a city. It's
likely this comm tower advantage will last for several turns, as if red doesn't go for his HQ Island
first, he's likely going to be down significantly on an economy. Both players get an APC to
protect early Rush is on the HQ's.
