Heavy naval map. I tried to make this mixed base. Should I add more captured cities to give more funds to build ships? Would love feedback. |

The predeployed transports are nice, since it enables some interesting actions from Turn 1. However, the cities should not be all clumped like that, as it makes capture phases very obvious and boring. OS has one more city than PL, if using that as FTA counter, it should be the other way around, since OS>PL in turn order. Also symmetry issues on the big city clump. |
