Inspired by "prevent the apocalypse" by melly.

Changes to the map:
-Symmetrical East vs West
-Eliminate West Team's FTA
-Pipe Runner access for red team
-Pre-deployed units for red (give them something to do for the first 15 turns)
-Enhanced naval combat
-Lab Access to Red


Recommended Settings:
-Teams: West vs East vs South
-1 day turn times
-Lab Unit: APC's
-Ban Unit: Black Bombs
-Income 1500 per property

Map Changes:

The goal of these changes are to increase the intensity and fairness of the fight for the center, as well as speeding up the
second half of the game.

*Rivers added to the far East and far west- to speed gameplay in the center
*4 silos removed- improve balance, not just a silo race
*1 row of pipe seams removed- speed up red
*move southern landmass north one space- reduce transport times between two land masses
*Black boats in the south
*Port access to the sea for orange star- Allows for naval play, discourages slug fests on the ports
*Properties for East & West armies are slightly more spread out- reduces the stalling ability of defenders.
*Forests added to the center- preventing an overwhelming first capture advantage.
*Eliminated 6 neutral properties in the south- improves visual appeal of the new design, and a solid counter to the many buffs
given to OS
*Correct symmetry issues with red fire and yellow comet
*eliminate random plain in the ocean
