Suggested: Team 1: UK France Russia Greece Team 2: Germany Italy Austria-Hungary Turkey Team 3: Scandinavia Ukraine Spain Team 4: Minor nations (orange star) teams are set but further diplomacy is encouraged, minor nations may need to team up with allies or axis to survive, or larger powers can work together to divide the smaller countries |

Could maybe come up with teams to represent USSR, maybe this: USSR: Russia Ukraine Allies: UK France Greece Axis: Germany Italy Austra/Hungary No teams: Scandinavia Turkey Spain Minor nations |
