Some of these colors are so much weaker than others. Like Purple for example, starts with 4 cities, it is however surrounded
by Orange and Piss Yellow who each have 7. Now it's actually not in their best interest to focus down purple, but it's a very
likely scenario in games that, purple will never realistically get to play because those surrounding them play sub-optimally.

The Cream Aliens are all spread apart and will also never really get to do anything, they are competing with purple for 1 city,
so that's weird.

The Penguins which is a very popular country, is the weakest of them all, having only 2 cities, and being right in the middle of
so many people, including again, the aliens.

It's understandable that maps that have no symmetry like this will be imbalanced. However this is not only so clearly not
even attempted to be balanced, but it seems like it was specifically made to just be a miserable experience for some. I
honestly don't know how you expect anyone to join as the Cobalt Penguins. They'd have to be half... no 95% asleep and just
not realize, it's an auto loss for them.

This map is truly bad, even for a gimmick map. It fails to accurately represent California terrain while also making some spots
on the map completely indefensible. Why does the country that has one corner starting position get THREE
PIRPERUNNERS? Good luck getting a public match to run on this map.
