1.3 update: HQs moved to diagonal corners instead of sides in order to balance it better for FFA. Players 2 and 4 start with a
captured city to address FTA.

For some reason whenever I update this map, it gets a bunch of black tiles on it so I have to re-upload the entire thing instead
of just overwriting the map and it is really annoying.
