This is intended to be a fog map, with a unique design to encourage unusual unit choices, CO matchups, and tactics.

It plays somewhat like a mixed-base map and has a very quick start for a large map, with fighting on multiple fronts typically breaking out within 7 turns and numerous possible openers.

Note that all but 3 ports per player are blocked by ghost units, meaning they cannot produce naval units (but can repair them). It is also crucial to note that both naval units and land units can pass over these ports, allowing a rare degree of interaction and mutual support between ground and naval forces.

Because one airport can easily be missile-locked and the other takes a considerable investment to open (via either a sub, a battleship, or many turns of flying with a T-copter), air combat tends to play a small role until later, which helps give naval units a head start and leads to interesting mixes of all three forces later on.

I've included some initial recommended CO tier settings based on my experimental games. In particular, Sensei should be playable in a fairly low tier on this map, but I believe Drake and Olaf should rise at least 1 tier.
