The players are in order of the Gyms you battle in the game.
Red: Pewter City Gym (Brock)
Blue: Cerulean City Gym (Misty)
Green: Vermillion City Gym (Lt. Surge)
Yellow: Celadon City Gym (Erika)
Light Purple: Fuchsia City Gym (Koga)
Dark Red: Saffron City Gym (Sabrina)
Black: Cinnabar Island Gym (Blaine)
Brown: Viridian City Gym (Giovanni)

Reef to the left of Cinnabar's port should be a shoal otherwise they can do an out of bounds glitch.

This feels like it was based on the town map screen rather than the actual region.

I wish Saffron City was bigger, and that you made more space between it and Celadon city
(route 7 is disproportionately tiny while routes 8, 9, 11, and 24 are massive) . As it stands,
whoever's stuck with Celadon can't even capture their second base properly while the Seafoam
islands and pipes make it literally impossible to invade grey once he builds subs on captured
ports.

Cool idea but seems really hard to play.
