INTRO
Armed guerrillas (Orange Star) have simultaneously entered St. John's Cathedral, the MET, & Citicorp Center. The New York
Police Department (Blue Moon) has ordered all nearby police stations to swiftly deal with the threat.

Recommended Play Settings:
- Fog of War
- Weather: Random
- Low funds (500)
- Day Limit: 20
- Unit Limit: 40
- Ban ALL ground units except infantry, mechs, recons & APCs.
- Ban ALL air units except transport & combat copters.
- Deactivate CO Powers.

To win:
- NYPD (Blue Moon): must eliminate all enemy units in 20 days.
- Guerrillas (Orange Star): survive 20 days.

Really cool concept, and its fun to role play a bit. You definitely need to keep your beat cops (Infantry) supporting each other,
and have a healthy amount of car patrols. Don't forget to check across the rivers, and in the rivers. The terrorists can be hiding
in the water ways. It may seem insurmountable, but don't give up!
