Doesn't seem to be a lot of contested properties, only the 1 city near the HQ and maybe the comm tower on the side. Also
slightly concerned about FTA due to P1 being able to cap (06,03) and then interrupting P2's (06,06) cap, while P2 can't do the
same thing.
