Recommended use of labs to severely limit the kinds of unit(s) CI can produce, which is also why they're so close to the centre; increased stakes! A silly little idea that's proving to be quite fun is to have CI play as Sensei but all units be lab units! Outside of that kind of level of handicap - as most other T0 COs were also allowed - I may have to half CI's number of comm towers once that map test game is over. Either way I'm happy to publish this now with how both test games played out. |

Reduced CI's number of comm towers from 4 to 3, gave each other faction an additional neutral city to capture, within 3 tiles of that faction's bases. Added a few more roads and neutral cities, mostly for recon mobility for early-game defence of labs, and a few more forests around the labs. |

Cool idea, though the inability of the allies to fall back without Cobalt capturing a lab means games will be decided quickly and the team is only as good as it's worst player. |
