Good pre deployed Black Boats here. Carrier locking the airport is a win con here, so the delays are welcome.

I did feel that the 2b side was too easily blocked at the forest chokepoint (maybe its just a Sturm problem). Perhaps open up the path so it's two tiles wide, or turn a river into a pipe seam so the middle base isn't so inclined to spam just infantry...
