Good layout of the land. I had tried a month ago to get a northern hemisphere map up. a
two player one as a cold war battle, but could never get one I liked. You did a good job
of laying out the mainlands. You have a few HQs that are awfully close though. We'll have
to see how it plays out.

I really like this map, there's been alot of thought into it and it has some really nice features,
such as orange star / green earth having separate colonies up in the north. Visually too its
very nice, with Europe very dense and tight compared to the sparse Siberia. The only
problem is perhaps that with such varied circumstances for each country, some might be at
a key advantage/disadvantage. Its hard to tell for whom this will be, but my guess is that
black hole will have to attach north from their HQ, giving Yellow Comet an easy path
downwards. Equally, if blue moon attack Green Earth HQ, Orange Star has an easy
domination of the top left of the map, although attaching else where will be though.

With so many ifs and possibilities though, i think this map is fab just for its potential

I did put a lot of thought into this map and its not my first attempt, but thanks for the 9!! The
green earth represents britain and canada (commonwealth) the orange star america (and
alaska) the blue moon europe (except britain and russia) the yellow comet china and japan
the red fire russia and the black hole the middle east and africa. im playtesting it at the mo
and will edit it if neccessary.

Just one very little problem. Thiers a base that can't be captured near the OS HQ. Other
then that it looks good. I'll rate it once you fix it.

Please tell me: How do I reach the YC-HQ?
technolink (05/13/2006 07:09am):
Yea, a few bases are uncaptureable as well.
