Counting every property up to the base at the land bridge, each vountry has 15 properties available, except green who has 14,.
Blue has access to one base more than everyone else. The reef at 03,10 helps counter the FTA towards reaching that airport,
but on the other side, blue is one space closer to the airport than green is, if both players send an APC with an infantry towards
that airport, blue can easily put said APC in front of green infantry so that they cannot stop blue from capturing it
