Weird map but I kinda like it. The battleship is an obvious early deterrent to capping the near properties, but eventually you have to make a decision to just start capping as many as you can at once. It can only shoot one infantry a turn :) Makes the back-capping far more interesting. Tiers / balance might need slight adjusting. I played Kindle who seemed stronger than normal (but just 1 game so not sure) -- also B-copters seem really strong given the terrain and lack of effective ways to deal with them. |

Drake is tier 0 here not just for the B ship but for the +1 movement on Black boats. I wonder how he would do against Grit.... |

I had higher hopes for this map, but when move planning it not only becomes extremely awkward the cap phase, with the middle base becoming a bit useless and base skipping a few times since you can only load 2 infs every 2 turns but you're ferrying 1 per trip in the first few turns. Not sure if the middle cities were intended to get cap so easily with the bboat. But even after that, it seems pretty FTA due to vehicle builds, where P2 wants to open AA on right due to P1's airport and copter opening possibility, but P1 can answer with tank, then P1 can make AA on left, but then P2 needs a tank on both right and left to answer those vehicles but can't, so P2 is just playing catch up. |
